NO.10 SUNDRIED TOMATO & HABANERO SAUCE

NO.10 SUNDRIED TOMATO & HABANERO SAUCE which is the final addition to our CHILLI JOURNEY RANGE We wanted to do our take on the classic tomato sauce and then of course the traditional chilli sauce. We thought, why not combine the two classics with an Artisanal Spice twist on them. So here we have it folks, our own personal take on bringing two classics together by elevating the humble tomato by sun drying them for more intensity of flavour. This process of sunkissing brings more depth of flavour to this dark sauce. There are lots of peri-peri's so why not introduce a different kind of heat with the orange chilli pepper bursting with flavour and heat - the habanero. Your...

NO. 9 ALMOND CHIPOTLE SAUCE

NO. 9 ALMOND CHIPOTLE SAUCE is our new addition to the CHILLI JOURNEY RANGE Did you know that Chipotle is a smoked jalapeño??? When I lived in Singapore I was all about the salads for lunch. There were our two favourite spots which were near the office. There was either the cheap salad corner or the expensive salad stop. To name a few of those noticeable similarities: - We can both wake up in the morning and eat curry for breakfast. Not something that my mom, sister and actually most people can do. - I always had a flair for the arts from a very young age. As a family, we always wondered where this inclination...

A new addition to ‘What the Fruit Range’

Happy St Patrick’s Day! In our household, the 17th of March is a special day as it is my mom's (Gonie’s) birthday. My mom has the belief that she is part Irish as she was born on St Patrick’s day. Happy birthday, Mom! In dedication to her and the day of celebrating green, we launch our crunchy green No.7 Apple Atchar . It has the perfect levels of sweet, salty, spicy, and sour. The first time that my dad and I tasted apple pickle was about 10 years ago which was made by my Aunty Molly who is my grandmother's (Ma’s) younger sister. It was absolutely delicious. We were inspired by this unique offering and wanted to include this as...
